Property practitioner with over 30 years of wide-ranging institutional real estate experience. Cléo Folkes is the CEO of Property Overview, a provider of property training and consultancy. Since mid-2019 she has also been running a successful short-term let business.

Alan Thompson

Alan Thompson has an extensive 20 years career in finance at the Bank of England, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Virgin Money. He has a wealth of experience across multi-asset portfolios, and specialises in real estate investment. Alan is a CFA charterholder and holds an MSc in Economics from UCL and a Postgraduate Diploma from Wolfson College in International property investment.

Alan is a serving non-executive at Hillcrest housing association, and lives with his wife and two children.
